Her work centers on strategic planning, program development, and execution to drive revenue growth, a role that can be hard to summarize but is deeply rewarding in its impact. Maria is especially passionate about supporting associations that advocate for meaningful industries and causes, helping them strengthen their sustainability and reach. Bringing a creative, strategic mindset, Maria specializes in building sponsorship programs, developing corporate partnerships, and creating diversified revenue streams that help organizations thrive. Outside of work, Maria enjoys family travel, from mini provincial road trips to exploring more of Canada, along with golfing, baking, and spending much of her time cheering on her kids at sports and activities, which she considers the most rewarding role of all.
